We require a credit card on file for all appointments.
Service Refunds +
While we do not refund services, we do our best to perfect them. We invite you to talk with us if you are not 100% happy with your service. At Sugar & Hive, we’re determined to discover what makes your skin glow and come alive!
Product Returns +
Up to 14 days after purchase, we’re happy to accept unopened or minimally used products you didn’t love for store credit. Not sure about a product? Ask us for a sample!
Please do not bring small children to your appointment. We love children and some of us our mothers ourselves. Our goal is to keep our beauty bar a place of retreat.
Cell Phones +
Please silence your phones and refrain from phone calls while in the beauty bar. If you must take a phone call we ask that you step outside.
Please do not take take pictures of the space or others getting services without permission.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS, NO SHOWS, & OUR LATE POLICY
Cancelling 24+ Hours Ahead of Time +
Busy week? No problem! If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment either give us a call at (804) 491-4111, e-mail us at email@example.com, or log in and cancel your appointment!
Cancelling Within 24 Hours of Appointment +
There is a $25 fee for cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment, give us a call at (804) 491-4111, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule!
If you do not show for your appointment there is a fee of 100% of the service price plus 20% gratuity.
Late Policy +
We love for you to be able to make yourself at home by arriving 15 minutes before your appointment! If you arrive late we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and charge a $25 fee. Running late? Give us a call (804) 491-4111 and let us know. We’ll do our best to to fit you in for a shorter treatment or schedule you for the next available appointment!
